The property occupied 7000m2 of land and the entire building floorages are up to 22000m2.Furthermore, de-land hotels group had made up a strategic plan to invest and purchase more hotels through out China. Meanwhile, our hotels group had planed and invested a luxurious hotel at Hang Zhou New Development Zone. The property occupied 10000m2 of land and the building floorages are up to 30000m2. It will have 333 guest rooms and other entertainment, recreation and business facilities. We also managed the Shanghai Buckingham Palace Villas which facilitated 300 luxurious villas, with swimming pool, recreation center, restaurants and bars.
